- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional convenience fee displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate before placing your order. Hath Ki Dori is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number along with clear photographs of the package and the product so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Coverage
Currently, we ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
