Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on prepaid orders across India.

• COD, where available, may include an additional convenience fee displayed at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the package and product so that we can investigate the issue.
